I build digital products end to end: the idea, the design, the code, and the servers it runs on.
Most of my work now is websites for brands and venues, with a panel written for the way their team publishes. I also build products: booking systems, loyalty programs, AI features, and machines that do something in a room.
I designed and coded this site myself. On larger projects I join a team, as I did at HSBC.

The best way
The work goes best when I own the problem, not just the tickets. This page is for people who want exactly that.
Product ownership
You bring the goal; I take the product — decisions, design, build, and the metrics that say it worked.

End to end
The idea, the design, the code, the deployment, and the systems that keep it running once nobody is watching.

An agreed scope
A fixed, honest slice — defined together up front, delivered as promised, extended only if it earns it.

What I want more of right now: websites for brands and venues whose content changes every week, and products that businesses run on every day.
